for a new hospital at Whiston. St Helens & Knowsley Hospital
Trust wanted to build 7 stories. The Treasury have approved 6
with one being shelled. |

Junction for Whiston |
| The Highway Agency
are to soon start building 2 new slip roads that will provide
direct motorway to motorway links at junction 6. There will be
major alterations to traffic flow while work is going on.
Traffic on Windy Arbor Road will be one way - north bound only
for some time. Watch out for further details. |
